Surya Botofasina has been a champion of mental health for many years now, and is continuously raising mental health issues for all beings across the global human community.

To highlight the positive impact of mindfulness and meditation on mental health, ‘Everyone’s Moment (Within)’ is based on his masterpiece ‘Surya Meditation (Reprise)’, bringing words of eternal wisdom that speak directly to the Heart and Mind. It is aimed to support everyone’s meditative, reflective moments and enhance inner peace, connecting with “our life force, breath, communities and inner aspirations”.

On creating this special piece, Surya says “introspection combined with gentle reflection. Buoyed and cradled by the connection to our life force, our breath, our communities, our inner aspirations. For some moments, I can only hope we can be okay as can be. Feeling blessed for some, even myself from time to time – can be just in the reality that I survived an emotional and mentally healthy challenge. My tears can be the salvation; meditation can be my elevation. May we all hold on to this precious life together. We are beings of Love.”

We hope that this piece beautifully brought to life by Surya can bring moments of connection, inner peace and elevated spiritual awareness.
